TransitionAg is a project website. It is part of the regenerative agriculture transition case study project for my PhD research and documented in the field guide.
The case study included interviews, workshops, and a number of sub-projects. As a starting point, to identify barriers and opportunities for supporting agricultural transitions, I interviewed farmers, extension officers, educators, and other agricultural stakeholders. These interviews provided a range of perspectives on regenerative agriculture and the kinds of on-farm, sectoral, and broader societal changes that could help enable transitions to regenerative, resilient, and ecological farming. With this insight into what might better enable transitions, I got involved in projects to help amplify the efforts of change makers in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The TransitionAg website captures the detail of that project.
